I have a pretty eclectic background (I promise to share more in a future post) that spans different industries, business sizes, and roles. The past 8 years or so have been spent in the world of learning and organizational development, specifically in leadership development.

During that time, I have seen a lot struggles and triumphs – both from those in leadership, and those subjected to leadership (because let’s face it, we all are).

So let’s chat about those high and lows. I’ll share my thoughts and encourage others to do the same.
